Delivery Costs

For standard delivery within Australia, orders over $250 inc GST qualify for free shipping.

Standard Australian orders including and under $249.99 inc GST incur a $15 inc GST shipping charge.

Standard express delivery within Australia is a $25.00 inc GST shipping charge.

For standard delivery to New Zealand, standard delivery flat rate fee is $35 AUD.

For express international delivery to New Zealand, the delivery cost is $45 AUD.

Should your order be extraordinarily bulky and heavy or the delivery address is in a remote area which requires independent courier services, we will contact you to advise you of any additional shipping charges.  These charges will need to be paid for prior to the dispatch of your goods.

Delivery Time

We endeavour to have your order dispatched on the same day or next business day upon receipt. From dispatch, your order should be delivered within 2-6 business days via Australia Post.  Delivery to remote areas will take longer.

If we cannot process your order or the products are unavailable then you will be informed within 2 working days. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstance such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc.

A tracking number will be issued via email to the email address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel.

Can I ship to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?

Yes, we can deliver to PO boxes and Parcel Lockers.

We do not ship on weekends or Victorian State & Australian national public holidays.

Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the product only, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@psaproducts.com.au.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
